Layout of holiday apartment

The complete holiday apartment has a living area of approx 54 m2 and has a separate entrance via the stairwell with its own doorbell/intercom system.

The hallway (HW) has a small party kitchen with a 2-hot plate cook top, exhaust, microwave, sink and fridge, as well as corner seating for 2-4 people.

The living room (LR) is well furnished and equipped with digital SAT TV, stereo set, video recorder and PC workstation with Intemet access (DSL).
If required, a bed in a cupboard can be used as additional sleeping facility for the 4th person.

There are 2 comfortably furnished bedrooms with LCD TV: Bedroom 1 (BR1) with 2 beds (Double bed or 2 single beds), Bedroom 2 (BR2) with a single bed, cupboard and wall safe.

Both bathrooms (B1 and B2) each with Shower/WC can be used with corresponding occupancy.
